Some of the deadliest haunted attachments exist within the building.

Any medical condition liable to cause serious injury or fatality to yourselves or others must be stated at the beginning of the tour. It is the tour operator who has final discretion to you participating or not. Failure to disclose may result in legal actions against you.

You enter and are part of the tours at your own risk - Adults only (18+ age group). A waiver will to be signed before entering.

You will be asked to sign a second warning waiver to enter the 'Secret and Monster' rooms - age restriction to 21+ (proof required). Precautionary measures have been taken within these rooms. You will be asked not to touch any items whatsoever or you will be immeadiatly removed from the tours.

Whilst care and attention has been taken we cannot provide a full guarantuee that any spirit or energy, ghost or poltergiest good or bad will not make an attachment to you or cause harm both psychical or mental.

The tours take place with controlled lighting, some areas being darker than others.

Most hauntings and spirits within the building are attached to the rooms or objects and are infact fairly safe.

Entering the building and joining the tours is entirely your own judgement and you are free to leave at anytime.

We relinquish any responsobility before or after visiting us from hauntings, attachments, subsequent mishaps, mental or psychical developments and also as a result of visiting, passing by or enquiring about the museum, buildings or people.

The museum is for entertainment purposes, no promises are ever made that ghosts, spirits, poltergiests or devilish energies will be seen of felt, that depends on the afterlife energies themselves.

However, no matter how small your connections are you must realise you are either lucky or unlucky to meet, feel, greet or have them around you.
